Artist's Comments
Based on a work of InuYasha fanfiction I'm writing titled "Not My FairyTale". The very last chapter is the Swan Princes or The Six Swans. This image and another entitled "FairyTale Kagome: Sleeping Beauty" have not yet been released as the final chapter of this story has yet to be posted. As the last chapter is scheduled to be posted this week, I'm jumping ahead and offering up both illustrations for viewing!
I actually had two (and by two, I mean four) versions of this sketch. One stuck with the story of her hiding in the trees and had Kagome is a fantastic dark green dress with her brown eyes and golden yellow asters. This one, according to my dear friend, had a better WOW factor. So blue it was. Hope you enjoy! You can look up the complete story on Fanfiction.net under the penname NCherre! |
